A customer was faced will with not being able to ship their flagship injector system product due to a component obsolescence issue. The customer required to have a redesign of the replacement through verification and validation within 6 months.

PROJECT SUMMARY

Design Solutions reviewed the current design and implemented electrical redesign changes in order to replace the obsolete components while minimizing the software changes in order to reduce the verification and validation effort.  The project was completed on time and under budget, thus allowing the customer to continue shipping their flagship product worldwide.
